Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Federation of America is an all-volunteer group of men and women members
of the organization who give freely of their time and professional expertise to coordinate UFA projects,
define the organization’s directions and choices, and keep things moving. They are accountable to the general
membership which elects board members from slates of nominees who are presented to voting members at
each annual membership meeting. Board members are assigned specific projects to oversee or committees to direct.
The UFA Board of Directors normally meets at least once every month, normally the first Tuesday evening of
every month.
