UFA Family Membership You and another member of your family can join the UFA together by applying for a Family Membership with a payment of $50. Please click the Donate button below to establish or renew your membership for one year. The UFA Membership Committee will send you an acknowledgement regarding your membership status. Your annual membership will be effective through December of this year. UFA uses Paypal for membership payments. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service offers several options for paying your dues (credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances) without sharing any of your financial information with us. If you prefer, you can also pay by check or money order by filling out the UFA Membership Application Form (Adobe Reader required). Your membership is a tax deductible donation within the U.S. On the Paypal page, remember to provide your email and mailing address, so that we can properly register your membership.
